One of my favorite online comic writers decided to return to his roots (not that he ever really left) and give up newspaper syndication to concentrate on his online ventures. A short and interesting read on how one artists made it on his own. I met him a few years ago and my biggest impressions where that he was incredibly witty and incredibly smart (also a nice guy).
